Right of Withdrawal Policy

Your Right to Cancel

In accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and applicable EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without the need to provide any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision through a clear written communication (e.g. email or postal mail).

Refund Process

Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will process your refund within 14 days.
The refund will include standard delivery costs (excluding any additional charges for express or premium shipping options).

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be charged.

Returning the Goods

You must return the products within 14 days from the date you communicated your withdrawal. The return deadline is met if the goods are shipped before the 14-day period expires.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
Unless the return is due to our error, the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Sealed goods that have been opened and are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons
  • Perishable or time-sensitive goods
  • Unsealed audio, video, or software products
  • Newspapers, magazines, or similar publications

Conditions for Returns

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in good condition
  • Include original packaging, labels, seals, and any accessories

If the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess its nature and functionality, a partial refund may be issued to account for the reduced value.

Please ensure that items are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of returned goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and proper functioning.
