Warranty and Replacement Policy

Standard Warranty

All electrical products purchased from Fer Impianti S.R.L. are covered by a 2-year warranty, starting from the date of delivery.
If you have purchased an optional extended warranty of 1 additional year, the total coverage period is extended to 3 years.

In the event of a malfunction caused by a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.


Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not apply in the following situations:

  • Physical or accidental damage of any kind
  • Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use
  • Damage caused by improper use, incorrect installation, or mishandling

How to Submit a Warranty Request

To request assistance under warranty, please contact us at:

After submitting your request, you will receive an automatic response. Please reply to that email including a short video clearly demonstrating the issue (for example: the product not powering on, not charging, or not functioning correctly during normal use).

If video evidence cannot be provided, we may require the product to be returned to our facility for further inspection.


Important Notes

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Returns sent via cash-on-delivery (COD) will not be accepted
  • Only requests that fully meet the warranty conditions and reporting requirements will be evaluated and processed
